Net Report Announces the Coming Release of Net Report Monitoring Center Version 5.1 |

The presentation of web pages has been reorganized and relooked to make it more user-friendly and offer more parameterization options. Three main panes can be displayed or minimized: one pane to manage parameters and criteria, another to manage output formats and exports and a third pane to display the result. |

The presentation of menus in the left pane of web pages has also been reorganized in order for the user to expand a more user-friendly vertical tree structure. |

It is now possible to export results in file formats via Web Server directly to a destination on a disk without previewing the result. |

The task scheduler will allow the user to run several synchronized jobs (exports and command lines). |

• |
When generating a cube via the Web Server, it is now possible for the user to modify and save the cube's presentation as well as the data or only save the data. This enables users to retrieve the customized presentation they used for a cube when refreshiing data at a later date offline. |

| New Agent |
The SNMP Trap Listener Agent has been added to Net Report Monitoring Center Version 5.1. This agent enables users to parse SNMP traps sent to Net Report. It also enables users to translate OIDs via a predefined dictionary. |

| Net Report Aggregation, Consolidation and Purge Task |
The aggregation, consolidation and purge tasks have now been grouped into a single Scheduled Task procedure. This Scheduled Task automatically performs all the aggregation, consolidation and purge tasks one by one followed by the report generation tasks. The Net Report Configurator has been modified in order to take into account the modifications concerning the new scheduled task. |

| Optimised Web Site Statistics Dashboard Report Generation |
The Web Site category is now aggregated in order to improve report generation performance. |

| Compatibility |
Net Report Monitoring Center Version 5.1 is compatible with Net Report Appliances. There are no known incompatibility problems between Net Report Appliances up to version 5.1 and Microsoft Security patches published up to August 28, 2008. |

| Migration |
Warning: when migrating from Net Report Monitoring Center version 4.40 to version 5.1, all customized tasks will be deleted. Users will therefore have to recreate them by hand in Version 5.1. Migrations to Version 5.1 can only be performed from version 4.40. Previous versions must be uninstalled before installing version 5.1. |
Customers currently under maintenance contracts with Net Report should contact Net Report to receive their new license code. |
